Thinking back on Jemma and John's wedding day puts a huge smile on my face.
I've known Jemma since our high school days, so seeing her tie the knot with John was extra special. The venue, Chateau Yaldara, was absolutely stunning and with sun out, it set the perfect scene for their special day to unfold.

The catering by 'Vintage Chef Co' was top-notch, keeping everyone's taste buds happy all night long, but the absolute highlight for me was being able to perform an acoustic version of Jemma and John's favorite song ‘One’ by Shapeshifter as they walked down the aisle with my friend Ben. It was such a beautiful moment, and I felt so lucky to be a part of it.

It was a day filled with love and laughter and I got to share it with them and all our friends.
As their friend and as their music man, it was an honour to be a part of their special day, and I wish them a lifetime of happiness together with their darling daughter.

Simon & Brie

February 2023, Lobethal

I have such fond memories of lots of pizza and wine, celebrating the 25th birthday of these two many years ago at Golding Wines - fast forward to 2023 and I get to see them say ‘I do!’ in the same beautiful setting.

Grey skies cleared as Brie walked down the aisle looking stunning in couture bridal dress from Simon’s mother Livia Loren and a ceremony followed brimming with jokes, smiles and future dreams for the happy couple.

I did my very best to keep the architect puns short and sweet throughout the reception and made sure family and friends were on the dancefloor at all times!

Naomi & Alex

November 2022, Bugle Ranges

I shed a tear seeing Naomi walk down the aisle, dappled afternoon sunlight at Glen Lea Homestead, smiling as she took her place next to Alex.

The whole day was filled with love - this venue is stunning and we were never hungry! Wood oven pizzas after the ceremony followed by delicious spreads of salad and meat and roast potatoes into the evening. Catering was spot on!

MC’ing this wedding was a riot - I had zero nerves and felt completely comfortable amongst the guests - testament to Naomi, Alex and the people they surround themselves with.

Working alongside photographer Dave Pascoe and seeing him capture these shots was a privelege.

And I think to myself, what a wonderful world.

November 2022, Finniss

Game, Set & Match! These two were married in a beautiful ceremony at Villa Vineyards with a fun filled Reception at Michelle’s family farm. The tennis puns were served (..sorry!) left, right and centre all through the night with delicious catering from Comida and a stellar cake from Cousin Kate at ‘Katebatter’.

The dancefloor was full as it should be with friends and family dancing into the wee hours of the morning.
